Here we go again. It's muckraking time and they're getting it on early in the race. I'm not
particularly pleased with the current state of the state. But I do know that if the other guy was in
the hot seat, the one that still claims he won the last presidential election, we would be in some
deep manure right now. GeeDub has had quite a handful to have dealt with for the past couple of
years. Have the voters forgotten that the USA was attacked? Thousands died and thousands more were
injured for life. Many families ripped apart forever? Children left without a mother or father?
The terrorists that attacked this country did so intentionally, with full and complete knowledge of
their reasons for being here and what they were to do. THEY CAME HERE TO KILL US!
So while you are observing the world series of Political motocross, and deciding if you are going to
stay with the manufacturer (political side) or the rider (the person with whom you feel will do the
best job) remember these things that have happened....
We got bombed. We got shot at. We got killed. We got back up and rode over there and fought back.
We as a country can never show fear or cowardice. As soon as you hesitate you have lost.
You out there in voter-land really need to take the next 30 days and devote all of your time learning
about the candidates in the upcoming presidential election.
The machine will never stop sending their barrage of misinformation. Every reporter has an oath to
report the news and do so without being biased. If you think for one moment that it's possible to
report without including your opinion I suggest you try it. Just once try to tell someone about a
family members success without sounding like you're bragging. Try to tell of a mishap or misfortune
without sounding disappointed. I bet you can't do it.
The machines love to tell you they are reporting what is true and accurate. Well, it is true and
accurate in their minds to be certain. Did we forget the great movie "All the President's Men" ??
There are no media police. When a machine reports people listen and they believe. The Cleveland
Caveliers believed a story about one of their players and look at the 72hours of controversy this
has caused.
Read the paper, scour the Internet. Talk to everyone you know. Talk to people you don't know.
Seek out each and every piece of information about these candidates you can find.
Sort through the information and make a pro-con list for each candidate. Do the arithmetic.
You may be surprised to find the more you learn the more frustrated you will become.
But the reason for this is simple. Most voters vote because the don't like the incumbent.
They vote for "the lesser of 2 evils". Sometimes your guy wins and sometimes not.
But is your guy the right guy for the job? Most people can't answer that with honesty because they
don't know the facts. Pure conjecture based on speculation and emotion. You are not reporting
the facts to yourself without emotion.
I got to get outa here so in usual fashion, I leave you with the above unfinished, disorganized,
incomplete, unfounded confounded declarations....or my complaint. Since this is supposed to be
about complaints here's mine....I register my complaint against the uneducated voter for you are
the reasons elections can't be closed - because you cannot read the instructions to cast your ballot
yet were entrusting of the bus driver who drove you to the election booth - to you the hate-voter
for you are the one that steals the votes of who may be the best man for the job.
And of course one of my all time favorites....You, you filthy stinking nasty yellow-belly spineless
irresponsible arrogant dysfunctional smelly stupid illiterate illegitimate cager who is most likely
illegally operating a motor vehicle on public roads without the slightest clue that the roads were
built long before you arrived and they weren't put there for your exclusive use. You, you asshole
need to learn what that stick on the left hand side of your steering wheel is for. No, it's not
a place where the automobile's manufacturer decided to put the cruise control, headlamp dimmer switch,
or any other mobile amenity of which you have no right to enjoy....No, this stick has a long standing
intended use. This you low life poor excuse for a human being is a turn signal or lane change indicator.
Also known as a blinker. It's intended use is to alert the OTHERS ON THE ROAD ESPECIALLY BIKERS
that you have taken a mind to turn your cage or move it from one lane to another.
So the next time you step into that cushy plush climate controlled LCD-DVD-CD playing cel phone toting
with it's own air purification system suv remember this.....Whenever you make the choice to cut someone
off you may have just killed the parent of someone your with whom your child plays soccer. And
that unshaven intimidating looking biker next to you - he OR she is probably your doctor or the
neighbor of your lawyer. Dammit that made me mad just having to write that down. Shit.
