I've been trying to avoid this post for many months. Whenever politics comes up I get all anxious like a kid going on his first date!! I can't believe I heard his comments. I flipped on the news and there on my TV screen was Mayor Nagin telling me that God sent hurricanes to punish the USA. Well, Mayor - why did he send them to your town? Hmmmm? Was it because he knew you would let school buses flood instead of using them to transport the people you call yours out of harms way? Was it because he knew you'd flee and leave a sinking ship? If God intended to punish the USA for being involved in an effort to rid the world of intolerable dictators and terrorists then why would he pick on your city, Mayor??? And if this is the same God that punished the USA by destroying your little piece of the pie how do you think your God will react to your statement that YOU will build a "Chocolate City"? I'm pretty sure that your God is like my God and that God is an impartial God. Just to let you know Mayor in case no one pointed this out to you, there are none of the following; White Music Awards, National Association for the Advancement of White People, United Caucasion College Fund, or any other white-color specific organization. Whenever a color specific group has ever been brought to the attention of the media, there has always been condemnation brought with it. So I ask you Mayor Nagin, are you a racist? Are you attempting to build a city that white people will not be allowed to visit? It sounds to me like you are. It sounds to me like you've made racist comments on television and I have to explain to my son why you would want a city made of chocolate. You Mayor, have offended me with your racist ways. I always believed that white people antogonized racial situations despite what I've otherwise encountered. But you have proven without question, that is to say you have irrefutably given proof that you are racist and have attempted to incite civil unrest in your city. Shame on you Mayor. I would really like to embellish further. But I will not.

Now comes the old man that was serving a sentence for ordering murders and being a general nuisance, then was sentenced to be put to death for ordering murders while he was in jail - in Folsom. I can't get the dimwits at Taco Bell to make my order right in a drive through and here's this clown ordering murder from jail? Maybe it's just me but something is wrong with that picture. But then it gets better! He's been incarcerated since 1978 in the Great State of Californeeya. I wouldn't live there but they say it's nice. What's it cost for a year in a nice place like Folsom? Maybe $150k? I bet it's more than that but for conversation's sake we'll stick to with $150k. At the cost of $4.2 million dollars this cat has ORDERED from jail. No doubt had whatever conveniences he wanted delivered to jail too. Maybe a pepperoni pizzapie with a salad and lowfat dressing. Nice. I did a quick search on this guy and within 20 seconds had read enough to count at least 5 murders. Last time I checked murder is wrong. I'm not sure what the kids say today, but I remember Cap'n Penny and then Captain Kangaroo telling me to be nice. Murder is not nice. Even Truman Capote will tell you murder isn't nice. I havn't talked with Charlie lately but I'd bet he'd tell you he asked those nice kids to murder the Tate's on accounta the fact that murder isn't nice. And here's these nice people in Californeeya worried about being nice. Isn't that the place you go because that's where all the nice people are? Cleveland isn't known for being nice is it? Council Bluffs Iowa? Howza about Death Valley?? Nope. California is by far the most liberal state in the nation, don't even try to touch that one. And of course I expect that state to plead with the Gov. to spare the life of this- POOR (took fourandahalfmillion to house, cloth, and feed him for 30 years) old, blind, wheelchair-bound citizen who those libs now refer to as a nice- old man. For the purposes of what??? He was sentenced to death and yet has lived for 20 more years. He has been a menace to society his entire life. He has murdered and also done so from within the confines of a penal institution while serving time for murder! In no way shape or form can anyone with the slightest bit of common sense say this person has rehabilitated themself. Why am I going on about this? Because no matter how hard I try I cannot get over how stupid people can be. The convicts arguement is that he's too old and feeble to be executed. Seems to me I can sew this up with a nice catch-22 here but I've got this OCB thing and have to work it all out from front to back. The guy has been in jail for killing and killed while in jail so it be ordered that he is killed. But the state allowed the guy to stall for so long that now he argues he's too old. The other day the state of Ohio overturned a ruling. A minor had in cold blood murdered another minor. The murderer was to be let out of jail when SHE had become a individual of legal age (please note that I did not say became an adult). The state has determined that SHE (once again she) is now to be tried as an adult. Lickety-split. Had the state done it's job when the crime was commited they would have saved the taxpayers millions of dollars not just to house the sonofabitch but would've freed up the courts time and then the courts could process more cases and so on. Probably would saved a few lives too. If I get a tattoo today and have it removed in a year was a I still tattooed? The only difference between someone with a tattoo and someone without a tattoo is the person with the tattoo doesnt mind the person without a tattoo. Suffice it to say the only person that doesnt mind a murderer might be one has has themself murdered? I don't know it might be a stretch but if I tell the media I bet they can make it work!
